What's Will Be Expected Of Me?We are looking for full-time, virtual salespeople who want to work from home. You must be willing to commit 40 hours per week, but the times you work are flexible and set by you.
What's The Pay?Average sales reps should make $50k-$75k, with top producing earning $75k-$125k their first year with benefits.
Weekly bonuses up to $1,500 based on cost per sale (marketing spend), talk-time (35 hours a week), and an additional $250 if you sell over $10,000 AP (2 sales a day average)
Is This A Outbound Or Inbound Sales Role?This sales role is a mix of inbound and outbound calls. We expect our sales reps to make 150-200 dials a day using our supplied CRM/Dialing platform (It does all the heavy lifting, so you aren't manually dialing).
Once you prove you can sell, you will receive inbound callbacks and warm transfers of leads interested in learning more about our programs.
Are You Cold Calling?No - NEVER. We only call on opt-in leads that want to learn more about our funeral programs.
Who Will I Be Selling?Seniors looking to protect their loved ones have opt-in to learn more about our program designed to protect their loved ones.
What Do I Need To Work - Computer - Noise Cancelling Headset - Hard-Wired Internet (Highly Recommend) - Background Check - Additional Licensing May Be Required Based On The Position
How Long Does It Take To Start Making Money?We pay weekly, and same-day sales are paid daily. Therefore, you should begin making money within 1-2 weeks of your training.
